the room was clean and breakfast was tasty.
the pillows on the bed were uncomfortable, it was like it was a common complaint. it was also annoying that we were out of our room all day and it had still not been serviced. by that time we wanted to take a rest in the room.

i had a beautiful double room. the bed was comfortable. the staff were friendly and personable. they offered a complimentary glass of prosecco upon arrival, which i found nice.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear hallway sounds.

the breakfast was fabulous!!! the choice and variety of fresh fruit were probably the best i have ever experienced at a hotel. the poached eggs were cooked perfectly, and the cooked breakfast was tasty and fresh.

the hotel location was pretty good, it had many pubs and place to eat nearby. it was a little walk from the station, but it didn't bother me much. i booked a room of three and it had a double and a single bed. that was nice.
reception staff were not so friendly. i didn't see any smile or hello. also, i left my bags in the storage room and when i came back, he just opened it. he didn't ask my luggage tag.
